For this class project, I chose to create packaging for a pickleball company. I picked pickleball because I wanted to add a youthful spin to a traditionally mature sport. My focus was to bridge the gap between the country club lifestyle and young adults interested in taking up the sport.

The Brand
The colors were selected to align with the color of a pickleball court and the yellow wiffle ball that is used in play. The playful line mimics the bouncing of a ball across the court as it does during the game.
Process & Materials
Prototypes
Prototyping included paper mockups for all of the deliverables. The vinyl used for the final could only be applied once so everything had to be properly measured and aligned.
Final
The final design was created using adhesive vinyl for the graphics on the box exterior and paddles. The ball holder was created from a poster board laser cut into the correct shape to hold the balls and attach to the box.
